Founded in 2010 the purposes of this organization is educating, promoting and mentoring in the areas of human rights and diversity. This includes leading or assisting in organizing events and community activities and sensitivity trainings in the area of human rights and social justice. Offering assistance to organizations such as board development and training. Leading and assisting in educational presentations related to human rights, diversity and social justice.
The mission of the DE LA LUNA FOUNDATION is educating, mentoring and advocating for human rights in the areas of promoting safe environments in schools, employment, housing and other public institutions and locations.
The DE LA LUNA FOUNDATION is a non-profit tax-exempt entity under Montana Code.
The Spirit of Many Colors, Gay Straight Alliance at Salish Kootenai College announces "Express Yourself," our SECOND Annual PRIDE Event for 2013. We are proud to celebrate the richness and diversity of the greater Flathead Indian Reservation.
This event will be a consolidated evening event with music, food, fun, and a contest for individual expressions of PRIDE.
Groups or persons interested in volunteering or having a booth can do so by contacting. We would encourage any organizations that want to participate to contribute a potluck item for the mix and mingle or a prize for the contest.
